*Each day of the 2-day event will look like this*
⇨ Morning Welcome- where you will get set up and focused on your pre-determined plan for the day.
⇨ Work Session Part 1- here I’ll be available for guidance and review of your work.
⇨ Break- during the breaks, coffee, tea, and water will be provided for you to refresh as well as time to network and get to know the other powerhouse women at the event.
⇨ Work Session Part 2- during this time we’ll check in on your progress, adjust or modify plans as needed and continue to get your projects and strategies done.
⇨ Lunch- you’ll take an extended lunch break on your own in order to rest, rejuvenate, and regroup.
⇨ Work Session Part 3- this unique set up will allow you to continue your momentum.
⇨ Relaxed Group Mindset, Energy, and Allowing Cool-down Session- in order to lock in and celebrate what you’ve accomplished that day as well as cool down and release any stress or work energy, we will do some guided relaxation movement, meditation, and mindset work.
